Shipping & Handling
We use Australia Post to send out all orders.
- We do not post to South Australia due to vaping products being banned from purchasing over the internet.
- We do not ship internationally.
- Standard shipping to anywhere in Australia (except S.A) - $5
- Express shipping to anywhere in Australia (except S.A) - $10
- FREE regular shipping for orders over $100
Shipping & Handling Times
All orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) will be sent on the same day, otherwise it will be sent out on the next business day (also applies to orders made on the weekend or public holidays). Orders must be paid for before they are processed. If paying by bank deposit then funds need to clear before goods are sent out.
We send out our orders very quickly because there is a Post Office just downstairs from us;) Convenient for you and me.
Delivery time is dependant on Australia Post. See here to calculate delivery times. If you are unable to have someone present on delivery you can make alternative arrangements through Australia Post.
Lost, Stolen, Damaged parcels
We do our best to ensure your order is securely packaged so it doesn't get damaged during transit. However in the unfortunate event that your parcel is lost or stolen we will do our best to assist, however we will not be held responsible for such events. Please let us know if this happens so we can follow it up from our end, but you will still need to tell the post office from your end.
