Warranty & Returns at Vaperwave
Warranty on Hardware
All our hardware (except consumables) come with a 90 day Warranty.
This means if your mod/battery fails within 90 days from purchase, we will replace it for you with the same item as long as it is in stock.
If you are experiencing problems with your vape (like it doesn't turn on or doesn't charge), please bring it back to our store with your receipt so we can help you out.
If you purchased it online you can send it back to us with a description of the problem and order#. Please email us or use the contact form to arrange. Note that we do not cover the shipping cost for the item to be sent back to us, but we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to you.
Consumables are not covered by the 30 day warranty. Consumables include:
All tanks, Coils, Pod cartridges, E-liquids, Wick & Wire, Replacement Glass, Batteries.
Note that we do not cover leaking tanks under warranty. A leaking tank can be caused by many factors such as faulty coil, loose coil that's not tightened properly, improperly wicked rebuildable, juice being too thin, etc... For this reason we do not accept returns for leaking tanks, and you will find that most vape shops do not cover this either.
Dead on arrival, Defective, Wrongly sent items
If you have received a product that is defective or dead on arrival, please contact us to arrange a return, or bring it into our store for immediate replacement. We should be notified with 48 hours if the product is defective.
In rare cases sometimes the wrong product will be mistakenly shipped (could be wrong colour, or flavour etc) in which case we will replace the item with the correct one after it is returned to us. We will cover your cost of sending the item back if you cannot bring it back into the store.
When these products are returned they must be unused/unopened and have all packaging present with purchase receipt.
You can cancel your order as long as it has not shipped yet. Please send us an email or use the contact form if you wish to cancel your order.
Change of mind
You can request and exchange/refund if you have changed your mind only if the product is unused/unopened. This does not apply to E-liquids which are nonexchangeable / nonrefundable once they have left the store.
